At times you may feel alone, confused, upset or angry as you try to cope with unresolved issues from the past or current issues that may stem from major life changes, physical illness, trauma, domestic violence, etc. Together, we will explore these stressors and triggers and learn how to manage them in a safe space. I take a holistic approach to helping those who experience self-defeating behaviors, cycles of negative thinking, and poor self-care by addresses the mind, body and spirit.
