In today’s world, where political divsion, economic uncertainity, ongoing civil rights setbacks and global tension often make it feel like the ground is shifting beneath you, it’s easy to lose your sense of stability and self. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped adults face a range of concerns, including anxiety, attention challenges, anger management, depression, identity-related issues, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. Together, we’ll work to help you get out of your own way, develop stronger coping skills, and find greater satisfaction in your relationships and your life.

I’ve developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, each one offering unique tools to support your growth and well-being. Depending on your needs and goals, we may draw from:
